Yes. Our entire product is third party tested to meet ASTM E******9 standards and is certified free of lead and phthalates. Our product is also certified BPA free and contains no PVC. All materials and colored dyes used are FDA approved for direct food contact. The plastic is safe polypropylene #5 and the fabric is a polypropylene/spandex (polyurethane) blend.
